High school and university groups around the state of New Jersey support Habitat of Greater Newark with their own local Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapters and clubs! Habitat’s youth programs seek to engage young people and involve them as leaders in the work of Habitat for Humanity.

Every Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter has 4 main functions:
1. Building and rehabilitating houses in partnership with Habitat for Humanity affiliate and homeowners.
2. Fundraising for the work of Habitat.
3. Advocating on behalf of people in need of decent shelter and for an end to poverty housing.
4. Educating the chapter members, campus, and the local community about the work and mission of Habitat for Humanity.

Let us help you create your own Campus Chapter with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Newark! We look forward to collaborating with you, your parents and adult advisors, your peers, and the school community.
