“I Thank Everyone Who Helped”

“I love my new house, I am so proud and I thank everyone who helped.” Samuel continues, “I know that I spent the time on building and creating the structure for my family and my new life.”

Samuel’s family escaped war-torn Liberia and arrived in America with few resources. With contributions by generous donors, as well as a lot of financial preparation and sweat equity, they successfully prepared, and became, homeowners.

“This is what I’m proud of,” Samuel says. “I now want to serve as an example of a family that can succeed with Habitat’s help.”
